How Wind Power Works

Wind turbines operate on a simple principle. The energy in the wind turns two or three propeller-like blades around a rotor. The rotor is connected to the main shaft, which spins a generator to create electricity.

K-Eco Wind Tunnel

We’ve taken huge strides in the development of wind power alternatives, including our K-Eco wind tunnel – an industrial strength wind turbine system that can power an office building of 40 people, for 20 percent of each workday, significantly reducing the use of fossil fuels and creating substantial economic savings.
